Hamrock's is a Chef-Owned small restaurant and caterer. We have a passion for food and service. Creative American cuisine. Our Chef-Owner Bill Hamrock began in the business at age 14. Upon graduation from The Culinary Institute of America Bill continued his career at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, then spent 18 months in Erlenbach, Switzerland with 2 summers in Nantucket, Massachusetts.Please check out our web site www.Hamrocksrestaurant.com
