I'm a producer turned chef.  Having produced events for thousands of people and worked under some of the worlds best chefs, my love for food has grown into a passion for the experience.

I've worked in restaurants from Florida to Manhattan, from fancy four star restaurants to outdoor picnics. I have been living in the Washington, DC area for over twenty years however, for the right client I'll travel to just about anywhere.

I'd be happy to be your personal chef for your event. I also sometimes bring a sous chef and other culinary professionals with me. We have references and work with you to create a customized menu and first class event. We also offer catering for small and large groups.

We dress appropriately in clean chef coats, use safe cooking standards and are trained mixologists as well as fine dining servers. We know how to time the preparation and when to deliver and pace your courses.

Discuss there likes and dislikes, their favorite experiences with food, there venue or home and of course any allergies. Then we plan a custom menu and specify details.
