What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I alway do a consultation first just kinda get some feed back on what there hair has been through before I became your stylist
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Cosmetologist and I also have extended training in hair weaving on all ethnic’s of hair I also have extended trading in Loc’s in maintain them and also keeping them healthy
How did you get started in this business?
Yes I have a base rate for every service it may vary because of length and also the thickness or maybe even according to the style
What types of customers have you worked with?
professional clients, military personnel, All kinds of different ethnic’s disabled children Woman and Men the Homeless
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I sponsored 5 young ladies who are less fortunate to go to there Senior prom 2018 I will continue to do this every year
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go with the most educatedMake sure your stylist educate you on the well being of your hair and use professional use products mostly
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of medication they are on if any there eating habits so I can know what hair loss stem from if any stress level
