What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make customer feel comfortable. I try to get sense of their style and allow them to find styles they like and what they are looking for. I evaluate their hair and see how the style will accumulate to their current hair status. I reassure them by allowing to ask questions and I explain what I am doing with each step and the products I am using. I want to create calm atmosphere and provide excellent customer service.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Caregivers event luncheon for caregivers. we host last year was a great success. we honor grandma, mother, daughter caregivers for there love one, sip & paint , spa day for caregivers. Giving back to our community coat & toy drive.
