What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin with a consultation to make sure I'm filled in on the look they want and preferences. I then give recommendations of what I think might be best, and once they are happy with our understanding I feel confident and starting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a license of cosmetology and over 10 years of experience that helps me to better cater to a wide variety of clients and what they would like from their appointment with me.

I have a base price of $95 for each customer for makeup sessions, which varies based on how much they would like to have done, added features are calculated in on top of that base amount

How did you get started in this business?

From a young age I set out to learn as an apprentice and then went on my own to obtain my license and build up individual experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers of all ages and backgrounds, which all had different preferences of makeup looks

I recently had a bridal makeup appointment, which I was very excited to get to be a part of their important day and help her achieve the look she wanted to feel good on her special day

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Based on my experience I would recommend firstly finding someone whose licensed and uses safe and non harmful products and is also experienced in being able to achieve the look they are going for

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

They should give a lot of thought to what it is they want, maybe look for inspiration pictures to share and help have a common understanding with the makeup artist
