What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to meet new people, and always start with a phone call or visit. We want to learn about you, your family, and your interests. We're looking to find out what you'd love to get, and perhaps never were able to find before. Our customers are first and formost, our friends; and we want to do the right thing for them!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

When we chat, we will discuss location, how to dress, and how to have fun during our session.

For most services, we do have standard price lists, which we share in person after we know what you are looking for. We can be flexible at times, and will quote custom prices for those jobs.

How did you get started in this business?

My love of beautiful, professional photography goes back to 4 years old, when I had my first camera. I was introduced to professional photography when I was in junior high school, and fell in love with it. I still am, and try to get better every single year.

We no longer offer wedding or b'nai mitzvah photography.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

We need new samples. If you want a casual or inexpensive picture, we should talk. We require a model release for these images. Kellie or Charles will be your photographer. We offer affordable prints, or digital images. If you want an heirloom wall portrait of your family or children, we offer finished wall portraits. We will supply Facebook sized images for anything you purchase. We do not offer just digital images,

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What do you want for the final image. For large images, the experience and ability of the photographer is incredibly important. What is the reason you are looking now? Can we talk about you, your family, and what you need? We like to get to know our clients and their needs before we get started. We look forward to meeting you and exceeding your expectations!
