What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to have consultations with new clients. It enables us to be able to provide the best possible service and fully understand what you would like to accomplish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All stylists, artists and technicians are licensed cosmetologist or esthetician's in the state of Virginia and some have licenses in multiple states.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with everyone from the every day woman that we see several times a month to celebrity clients that come to the area. We definitely have something for everyone.
