What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with getting all the information needed about the event. Date, time, location, number if guest, type of services needed then type of food. Then a quote will be sent and once everything us agreed upon we send over the contract via email. Once contract is signed the deposit is due on the date given in the contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years training experience and 2 yrs of schooling for business.
