Photography Bio:
One thing I remember as a kid was how often I found myself sitting on the floor spending hours looking through family photo albums. Whether the photos were somewhat recent or they dated back to the amazing black & white photos of my great grandparent’s time, they all seemed to captivate me. Time and time again I found myself coming back to those albums and then realizing how long I had just sat there lost in thought. I suppose I have always been sentimental in this way, and so coming full circle it makes me giddy when I get to deliver a photo to someone and see their face light up. In those moments I know something I helped create has touched a heartstring, and that to me is divine. It's been a long zig-zagging journey that has led me from being a teenager who always carried around a disposable camera, to getting my first "point & shoot," and into the world of the big kid’s cameras. Along the way, I also studied theatre and film which now has a big influence on my photography style. I like to think that what I have to offer my clients is a storytelling adventure with a cinematic flair. What I know for certain is true of my work, is that it will always be created with genuine care.
