What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process includes the customers ideas and vision, proposal, creating the menu and execution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in culinary and restaurant management, I have worked with a few great chefs in Memphis TN, I was appointed executive chef of a restaurant after 90 days of employment as a lead line cook.

I do not have a standard pricing system for my services. Our pricing depends on how many people and food selection.
How did you get started in this business?
My grandmother gave me my first cookbook when I was 12. Cooking for my family at 13, cooking for my church family, and friends. I was told many times that I should start catering. Boom here I am.
