Working with Chef James and Root to the Fruit Chef Services was an absolute delight for our Staff Retreat which was held in Bumpass, VA this year! The meals at our staff retreat were not only beautifully presented but also incredibly healthy and flavorful. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted, leaving us feeling nourished, energized, and cared for. Chef James showed extra attention to those with dietary restrictions and made sure everyone felt accommodated and included ... without compromising on taste or quality. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine passion for fresh, wholesome ingredients truly shined through. Our team is still raving about how delicious everything was!
