I enjoy working on a menu & bringing the clients culinary dreams to life. I cook because it's the easiest way I know to show my heart & share GOD'S gifts. I enjoy sharing in people's happiness or life through their taste buds. I enjoy the look on someone's face when they realize that what they have just eaten is among the best food they've ever eaten. Food should be experienced; not just some necessity to feed/nourish the body.

I enjoy getting to know my customers likes & dislikes. Are there any food allergies or limitations? How many people expected? Is there a theme? Date & time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've attended culinary school. Ive been catering for over 25 years. I love what I do. Most of my food knowledge comes from my Mother & travels state side, Mediterranean along with European. If you can dream I am the one who can bring it to life!
