I am a plant-based, professionally trained sushi chef. I create beautiful and artistic plant-based meals from vegan sushi to plant-based crabcake bites and so much more. I enjoy lending my culinary artistry to make others’ special events all the more spectacular. Not only are my dishes visually stunning but they are unmatched in delicious flavor. As a vegan of 15+ years I take food, and my craft, very seriously and strive to go above and beyond for my customers. You will only get 100% plant-based, clean, house-made food with VERDE, no lab-grown faux meats, processed foods, or artificial anything. We love our plants at VERDE!
