Hellooo .. I’m chef Cortni 😘.. Anything out of my kitchen or any kitchen & food made by my hands are made from scratch & the heart. My motto is “I FEED MY PEOPLE HOW I EAT, EXTRA GOOD” 😆 👩🏽‍🍳 I have a catering business on my own at a rise I’d like to take further. Cooking has been my passion for 10 years plus & consistently 5years & counting as of 2023. Everything about my catering business is AUTHENTIC ,UNIQUE & FLAVORFUL. It’s nothing I can’t cook & I love challenges. I make all my seasonings & sauces from scratch. A few of My accomplishment & Biggest event was for Amazon holiday meal in Dec 2022 for 300 employees & in 2023 I entered one of the biggest competitions by Chef Carla Hall. I was most excited because out of 63 people I won first place to be in the semi-finals and it was based off public support. Safe to say NO party is too small or BIG! Tears ,Laughs & Good music helps me GET IT DONE! Yes me on my own with a great support group by ear. I accommodate large parties/events ,private dates ,meal prep & luncheons.
