First introduce myself. Asking questions about the style they are trying to achieve. Taking a look at their hair and examine the state it's in. Educating them on their hair and going over treatment or service for today and future appointments. Getting to know them as a person instead of a client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended highland springs technical school cosmetology program in 2012. I worked at Super cuts, Sally's, and many supply stores over the year.
