I am Coreen a master cosmetologist and the owner of Making Waves Hair Salon. I love to work with women & men in business who like to maintain their professional image. I am an Olaplex Certified stylist. Custom color formulas, men's grey color blending, and beautiful blondes are my specialty.

Coreen was trained in cosmetology and initially licensed in New Jersey in 1988. She began her career as an apprentice, then as a full-time stylist and grew a solid following in the 3 years following. In 1993 she and a co-worker relocated to Daytona Beach, Florida with a plan to establish and manage an elite salon, in a private fly-in & country club community where the clientele consisted of international clientele, Nascar racers, professional golfers, and airline pilots. As salon manager she addressed salon design and layout, advertising, inventory, scheduling, service pricing, and customer satisfaction. She built a strong hair and nail clientele over the 4 years at this salon. In 2007, I purchased a salon in Woodstock, Georgia which had 7 stations and is still operating in a busy shopping district. I sold the salon in 2011.
