Email , call,or text me for first contact.Tell me your date,event type, number of guests ,location. I like to know my customers feeling for what they envision for their event. What are their likes and dislikes. I will then think of a menu based on what they want to spend and what we've talked about .I then get back to them and we go from there.Everyond gets what they want.
