What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new client it is a requirement for each individual to receive a consulation prior to service.  The cost for a consultation is $35.00 for 30 minutes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been doing natural hair, braids and extension for approximately 10+ years or more.  I also care about your natural hair as well as providing a service.

How did you get started in this business?

I always had a passion for natural hair care services and extension and worked hard towards establishing my small studio hair salon in Seattle but, also service and participated in hair shows, director of beauty events and many other opportunity

The events that I am fond of is my performance as a hair show director or natural hair, braids and extensions and other participating event.

I would say check for experience, photos of services and quality of work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

The customer need to be aware of what type service they would like and be sure to able to maintain the services provided.
