I really enjoyed working with Brian! He took absolutely stunning shots of my sculpture in a short period of time and was very flexible with my schedule and requests. He gave plenty of helpful suggestions to maximize the artistic appeal, manage complex shadows, and capture detail. He’s a really friendly person to work with and I had a great time! Would certainly hire again.

Ive been hiring Brian exclusively in the Seattle area for our client, Avalon Bay. He approaches projects creatively, and delivers superior work on budget and on time. While art direction can be a challenge 3,000 miles away, extra effort bridges the gap. I can count on Brian to seize opportunities that come up during a shoot. Its great to have him on our team.

We have used Brian Parks exclusively for photographs for our entire range of scientific and industrial instrumentation. He has always delivered GREAT photos that makes our advertising material stand out. I have no problems recommending him and his work for any manufacturer that needs professional photographs for any purpose - web, manuals, advertising etc.

Brian and I have worked on projects over the years. I have always found him to be easy to work with and resourceful. He has done a great job providing lobby photos for dental offices for my clients. He also has done beautiful glamour before-after portrait photos for my dental clients patients. Brain has a great sense of color and composition. He is also open to ideas, willing to make things right, meticulous and reliable. Brian offers a superior combination!

    Frequently asked questions

A shot list is the best place to start discussing a new project, in order to know what the client is looking for and be able to create an accurate estimate of costs involved. If the client is unsure what their shot list might entail, a quick phone conversation can be helpful to discuss the objectives and goals of marketing efforts.

I have a degree in commercial photography, as well as several years experience working in another catalog photography studios before opening my own business.

My pricing has remain the same for over 15 years, based on an itemized estimate form applying client shot list information and my standardized rates.

Prior to getting my degree in commercial photography, I actually went through a middle school photography program for three years which was college level. We were doing color processing and printing, Ansel Adams zone system black-and-white development and printing, artificial lighting of products, as well as using 4 x 5 view camera techniques.  During college and immediately after, I assisted commercial photographers in Seattle.

I have JPEG samples from successful projects with a wide variety of clients, including graphic designers, advertising agencies, product manufacturers, industrial manufacturers, food industry, and multi-family and other architectural customers.
