Esquire magazine called us out as having the best sandwich in America, while TLC/The Food Network has claimed we are the #2 sanwich in the country (google TLC Paseo to watch the 5 minute episode that John Goodman narrates). We have been making food for legions of customers, feeding the majority of sports teams and celebritries when they come through town. We were recently asked to serve our food out of the Seattle Mariners venue, T-Mobile Park (formerly Safeco Field) and will be in their premier locations. We have catered for just about every company in town, as well as the majority of household names. We can do casual cocktail parties, bdays, more formal affairs and just about any other type of event you can think of. We do offsite and onsite catering and events. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact us via email or phone, we ask for details around their event (size, people, dates, time, address, budget, etc.) and then provide them details on our menu. We work with them to craft a menu and handle whatever they are trying to accomplish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of doing this business, serving hundreds of thousands of customers. We have catered for thousands of customers. We are the #3 rated restaurant on Yelp in the entire country and our famous sandwich has been voted the #1 sandwich in the country. We have served Anthony Bourdain, endless amounts of food critics, the Food Network, a large majority of sports teams, numerous celebrities and countless politicians. We have been on TV throughout the US, cooking on several shows and have had major segments in Canada, Japan, China, Brazil, Russia and many other countries.
