I am from N.Y.C and lived in Sicily for several years and have true passion for pizza my business started as a means to simply enjoy the best most authentic pizza possible no matter where i was living and it led to sharing with others and eventually being requested for private events

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
upon contact i email my most current menu which is seasonally based, along with pricing structure and a detailed description of how to select menu items, a break down of time on site, what’s provided, what is not, and how payment and contracts are done for each event and the amount of time needed for preparation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i’ve been making pizza in NYC where i was born and raised as well as in Italy and since then in many states for over 20 years. i have a B.S. in Nutrition. i’ve worked in the food service industry off an on (military) since the age of 11, as well as learned to cook at home coming from a large family of seven and spending holidays with more family then i could count.
