What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting for a complimentary initial consultation is the first step to explore your vision and wishes, and to ensure we are a good fit for each other. Service begins the day you book, and unlimited communication keeps planning on track and you at ease. We are always just one call, email or text away!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 25 years event experience is the icing on the cake! I have worked with companies of all shapes and sizes, to bring together all the essential elements required to meet the needs of the event, hold a Master's of Science degree in Marketing, in addition to a long standing performance history supported by a consistent 5 Star client rating and industry endorsements.

Do your homework! Reviews and references will tell the real story. Most of all, trust your gut. The person you hire is the person you will be with for months or sometimes more than a year - feeling comfortable with them is so important.
