The service I provide I'm told is outstanding. I really care about my clients and make every attempt to stay on budget and communicate through the process of making something entertaining to watch.
Typically, the job itself get's me fired up but it's really the clients and the chance to really make them happy, or in some cases make them cry (that's the best). The last 5 major video projects all brought a tear to my client's eyes. Two men and 3 women...home runs all the way in my book.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first goal is to understand what their needs are. Second to understand what it will take to create their vision on their budget...sometimes you can and sometimes comprimises need to be made.
It's important to understand the need for 3rd party resources added to your crew.
Finally, continued communication with the client so they have a say in the final product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of real work media creation experience. In 2007 I expanded to include video production to compliment the audio side of my career. I found there is very little difference between the what you see in the mind's eye and how you get there and what you see from the lens of a camera and how you get there...it's all creative.
