Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally chat via phone or email and get a good idea of what is best for your event. We then create a proposal with a menu. Once we get the menu to exactly what you want, we then can schedule a tasting. Or just pop in for a beverage and we can chat about your event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The three of us have been in the service industry our whole working lives and now we are happy to be able to show off what we've learned.
How did you get started in this business?
We would cook backstage for a large local festival every year and after a few years of folks asking us to cater their weddings and parties we just naturally grew into a business.
