I don't approach every session or event the same way each time, with a cookie cutter approach. Rather, I look at it as being the seamstress or tailor, making the perfect garment, one at a time, for the perfect outcome; using the clients wants, needs and wishes to create a memorable fun session.
I'm passionate about the "Wow, that's really me?" I learned early on getting it right going into the camera is far better than "fixing" it later. I balance off camera flash with natural ambient light for that special pop.
I'm a published photographer with years of history behind me. 2023 has brought 20+ published photos. It's the purpose behind each shot, the sparkle in the eye, the unique smirk and special smile, not just a photo.
Anyone can point and shoot.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client and discuss direction and expectations for each session or event.
Prior to any photo being taken, I spend the first 1/2 hour making sure expectations haven't changed and that we are on the same page. I use this time also to cover paperwork and model releases.
