What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually go over details in email or phone format, then send a contract via email. I can answer any questions via phone or email, however the client is comfortable. On the day of the photo session, I will briefly meet with the client before photos - to discuss needs, wants, vision, etc.
Throughout the photo session I communicate with my clients to make sure they are comfortable and getting the desired results.
After the photoshoot, I will take about 2 weeks to edit and upload the photos to a password protected online album. Then I will email again, and make sure the client knows where and how to access their photos.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take web workshops and work closely with other photographers to hone my craft.
