Executive chef/ owner/ Operator Michael Solovey is a 27-year veteran of the food and beverage industry. A lifelong love affair with food has led Chef Michael around the globe in search of recipes, culinary technique, and fuel for his passion for amazing food. His professional and life's mission is to create dishes that excite the pallet warm the heart, sustain the body, and inspire, the soul.
