What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to do an initial meeting to go over details of the customer's expectations. This can be in person in an office, a coffee shop, or even on the phone or video. We will brainstorm ideas and set up a date and time for the shoot, along with an estimated completion date for the finished product delivery.
