What I enjoy most about my job is feeding the people! In the Bible in the Gospel of John God told Peter to "Feed my sheep"and that is one of the verses I try to follow. I love to see people enjoying good food and fellowship and I'm lucky enough to get to experience that every time we cater! So, when I say let us make your event special I really mean it!

6. Supplies needed? plates, forks, cups, napkins, dessert plates? Disposable?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30+ years in the food service industry. Currently I have a restuarant inside Northeast Alabama Community College and have been catering events over 15 years. I am certified as a ServSafe food provider, safe service of alchol, caterer, wedding cordinator, and event planner.

How did you get started in this business?
My first job was in a steak house when I was 16 years old and I went into managment at 18 years of age. I have always enjoyed the hospitiality industry and believe God's purpose for my life is to feed the people. I have the best job in the world!

We've done all types of events from Weddings & Rehearsal Dinners to outside BBQs, Christmas Dinners & Parties, Kid's Birthday Parties, Corporate Events,and Festivals
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently catered a Wedding Reception that featured a Pasta Station, Garden-Fresh Green Beans, a Mashed Potato Bar, and a Drink Station with Sweet & Unsweetened Tea, a fountain of Peach Lemonade, and Fresh Brewed Coffee. Everyone enjoyed trying the diffrent types of pasta, sauces, and toppings! The mashed potato bar was a HUGH sucess! Everyone created their own version of "Loaded Mashed Potatoes"!
