About
The part of my job makes me excited and satisfied it's seeing my clients face once everything is completed and the event has taking place. It the sigh of relief that make everything I do worth it. I cater to my customers wants and that important to me is to listen to them and make it work.
What I enjoy about what I do is everything! I enjoy taking food and creating a masterpiece and making it fit to what my customer want. Whether it be a vegan meal, vegetarian meal, soul meal or whatever their needs are I really try to center everything around what my customer wants in order to create the menu that they desire. Food is not complicated it just can be miss understood.
I started in the kitchen at the age of maybe eight or nine I was fascinated with food and really more with baking than anything. I used to bake up all my mom's flour trying to bake cakes and cookies and things like that. And as I grew up culinary has always been a part of my family and it just came natural to me being able to go in the kitchen and whip up some thing out of nothing. That's where iCater came into play and that's why my desire is to cater to what people want as well as what they need. Food brings smile and I love seeing people smile.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Every since Covid I found myself booking more private events. I was asked to come and do a birthday dinner for a couple at their home it was so elegant and simply amazing and I found myself enjoying that type of setting. They couple recommended me to a friend and bookings start rolling in. So I a fond of the more intimate settings but still enjoy my larger events.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice when hiring a pro is to make sure that the pro has your best interest in mind. Don't allow them to just take over your special occasion because they have more experience in catering. It's ok to ask them questions about their experience and expertise. Ask for about menu variations and don't just take the first menu that's presented especially if you not 100% sold on it. Make sure they listen to your ideas as well because at the end of the day it's your event.
