Good day! I am a professional friendly American culinary Federation certified chef for 38 years. I have experience in all facets of the food industry from my own little cafe to brick and mortar, Banquets chef, personal chef, hotel and restaurant. As an executive chef for the last 20 years the first thing I think of is cleaning out grease traps because I still do that. I'm not above or beneath anything that needs done for the success of a shift and business. Always set up for success. I'm also a certified Master herbalist and a certified exercise physiology nutrition coach. There is nothing I enjoy more than working with others to produce excellence for the customer.
