East Coast Joe's
About
Arizona's favorite food truck and catering company!
Whether you need a caterer for your wedding reception, late nite snacks (to absorb all that alcohol!), or a post-wedding brunch, we're here for you! Joe received his culinary degree from Arizona Culinary Institute, and he's been cooking for over 25 years. He's known for serving Arizona's best lobster rolls on his food truck, East Coast Joe's. He overnights seafood fresh from Maine, and he has exclusive access to fresh lobster, crab, shrimp, and more!
Seafood not your thing? No worries, let Joe give you a taste of his childhood with his Italian specialties. From Italian beef sandwiches to penne vodka to eggplant parmesan, it's all made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients. And his latest project is Little Joe's Ravioli Shop, opening in Gilbert in 2024. Joe spent the last two summers in Italy training with pasta and pizza chefs, and he's bringing it home to Arizona! Fresh ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi, spaghetti... and guess what, it's all customizable. Let us know your favorite flavors, and yes, we can accommodate dietary needs - gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan- that's the beauty of making everything from scratch! Keep an eye out for a pizza truck in the near-future.
Don't forget dessert! Joe has a bright red Italian food cart, known as an ape (ah-pay). It is a showpiece, and a great photo op for you and your guests! We serve our housemade tiramisu from it - classic, oreo, luxardo cherry, limoncello - we love to get creative with the flavors!
