I own my restaurant for over 2 years in Lodi California, I have over 32 years in restaurant industry from fast food to casual dining.

My goal was open my restaurant before I hit 50

in 2023 I my dream and goal come true.

I love seeing my regulars dine my restaurant along with my Community, and me supporting my small businesses and neighbors.
