My business provides full service catering, buffet style catering, personal catering , private catering. We offer catering for barbecues, birthday parties, events, weddings. We can travel to you as long as we have a two week notice depending on the event size. If you need private catering services for small party size or dinner party I need at least 1 week notice. We offer variety of menu choices and menus based on the event, our specialty is Cajun, Caribbean, soul food, American, barbecue.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a meeting date whether it is on the phone, email, zoom, or in person. We will discuss what the client is looking for, what services they are looking for, whether they will choose menu items or if would like custom menu items, how many people, time and date. Come up with a budget, explain the deposit, determine whether it will be full service, Buffett style, private, or be picked up or delivered to location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years culinary school at the Art institute of San Diego. 10 years in the industry.

How did you get started in this business?
I've always had a passion for cooking, but 10 years I moved to San Diego , CA from Hampton, VA and was looking into culinary school. I didn't expect culinary school to be such a challenge but the challenge, experience and meeting people from all over the world made me want to go even harder and take my skills to the next level. Once I completed school I started working for multiple catering companies all over San Diego, also worked in multiple restaurants. After years of working in restaurant industry I moved up from prep cook to sous chef and learned a lot. After 5 years I decided to take my skills and education and move to Los Angeles and start my own catering business. I decided to do my own thing because I have a gift of creating and making people happy. I enjoy putting my soul and heart into my own food and recipes and giving clients full experience.
