What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking request comes in.
Customer receives and Invoice + Conditions + Credit Card Form.
Customer fills out CC Form and sends it back to LA Excursions.
Customer receives Invoice with zero balance.
A few business days before service, we will email name and cell of driver to the customer.

shop around, but very aware on make, model, year of the charter bus.
A 15 year old bus is very different from a 2 year old mini-coach
