I'm just guy who really nows how to cook. I'm very knowledgeable in wine and spirits as I've worked in the restaurant industry for 30 plus years. I'm also familiar with most food allergies and will be able to work around them. I can pair every course with wine, beer or even spirits. It's my passion to cook for people and I also have been a fine dining server for about 20 years.
