I started cooking at a very early age with my grandmother. I not only do soul food, but mexican, Italian and American food all made vegan or vegetarian as well. I love cooking and I get very excited by seeing the smiles on people faces after enjoying the meals I have prepared for them. Cooking is my passion. I started catering in 2013 but took a break to get my BA degree in Business Administration then my Masters in Human Resources. Now I have more time to pursue my dream of creating delightful and deliciously prepared meals for all ages....

Chef Juan Gutierrez has always loved the culinary arts, a talent he inherited from his family, who already succeeded in the restaurant business. While Chef juan initially went to college for business, he quickly decided that he had to pursue what he was naturally gifted at. He knew the work would be hard, but he felt he couldn’t lose — he knew his daughter Shelly, his “bel air country club ” was depending on him.

My name is Kryssie and I was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Orange County at 15. I'm a classically trained chef and I’ve been cooking professionally for about 15 years in the hotel industry. I like to work with seasonal and sustainable ingredients as much as possible. I became a freelance chef in 2020 specializing in Filipino-fusion but well-versed in other cuisines as well. I like telling my story and sharing my culture through food.

I’m a talented chef and baker I’m also a cooking Instructor at a university where I teach cooking classes. I bake and cook desserts also.
