Hello!

We are 52 Apodaca, an upbeat approach to fine dining and casual events. My friend Trejan Apodaca and I (Dylan Hunsley) started this project in order to show the people around san diego area the beautiful produce that surrounds us. We have a combined 12 years of experience throughout high volume restaurants, michelin kitchens, and private catering. Our goal is to provide and experience that is shaped around your expectations. We are very excited and passionate about the industry and look forward to sharing out thoughts and feelings with you!
