What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know how many people, an estimated budget, if they have a theme in mind and have them list allergies. I can tell you exactly what I will do but if you give me free rein you normally get so much more! I love too supprise and for those clients who are flexible in what they want they always get more! I have been known to bring a bee frame with cheese and honey, to Caviar limes, an Iberian ham from Spain to even fish so fresh its pulled out of the ocean that day! I have stories for all my ingridents and my clients love how I do my themes.
