Hello my name is Tim. I have a deep passion for cooking, serving and entertaining. I love to see the look on someone’s face when they taste my passion. (Cooking ) I’m bringing a southern style cooking with a bit of a creole twist . Some of specialities are bbq, jerk , pasta, seafood , egg rolls, steak . My breakfast/brunch is unmatched .
Anything that has to do with potato’s (fried or mashed ) fried rice. As for desert banana pudding, peach cobbler, sweet potato pie .
