About
Hello! My name is Shakayla and i am the artist behind Morningdove Photography. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and now a proud Florida transplant, I have honed my skills over the years by volunteering my photo services at church and for friends. I've been shooting professionally since 2022 and have been hired for multiple weddings, events, special engagements, maternity and family shoots.
I love being able to capture the authenticity of my client and to tell their story truthfully and beautifully. If I could choose one word for the energy that I bring at a shoot, it's joy.
