Our knowledgeable event coordinators offer complete event consultation, handling everything from gourmet cuisine, elegant decor, rentals, venue placement, lighting and entertainment, professional photography, wedding cakes and more!
We are capable of producing any type of event from intimate dinner parties to large spectator sporting events at any location. We also have our own state-of-the-art Banquet Facility. Our venue offers over 40,000 square feet of event space with two entirely unique rooms that can easily be transformed into any type of atmosphere.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin the process by creating a sample menu based on the clients requests and/or suggestions. A detailed contract is then sent over including any additional needs such as beverages, service staff, rentals, decor and more. Once the client is satisfied with the menu and pricing, we are happy to set up a private tasting here at our venue. A signed contract and 25% or more deposit is required in order to confirm any event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hugh's Catering has been in business for over 40 years in Sotuh Florida. Our event coordinators have an extensive knowledge of the food & beverage industry, as well as event management and planning.

What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
Do you need any rentals, such as tables, linen, chairs, china, flatware, glassware or decor? Do you plan on providing your own beverages and bartender, or is that something that we can take care of for you? Are our professional chefs able to cook on site, either in your kitchen or with our own cooking equipment?
