We produce artisanal gelato, gelato cakes and gelato pops with natural ingredients for consumption in our gelato parlor and for customer events. We develop our own recipees and create an amazing assortment of flavors, including water based, milk based and vegan. We are passionate about gelato and learned the art, craft and science of gelato in Italy. We are kosher certified by the ORB for dairy and Pareve.
