What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I have a chat with them in person or on the phone and discuss the photo process and see what hybrid expectations are. We then schedule time, take deposit, and have a plan in place.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year degrees from Columbia College Chicago in professional photography and advertising, Nikon certifications, and have been working in the field for about two decades.
