Gala 512 Events is a state of the art event planning and catering company founded by his owner Chef Carlos Gamero in 2017 based in Miami Fl USA.
After many years in the restaurants bussines, Chef Carlos decided to concentrate only in the corporate catering and event planning. Serving fortune 500 companies in south florida, Gala 512 Events specialized in planning and developing different kind of Corporate events.
In house kitchen allow us to create special dishes for each event and ocassion.
Breakfast different style, Paninis and salads for lunch and Hot Lunch Buffet Style as well, are part of our extensive menu.
