What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is to start by having an initial consultation. During this consultation, we learn about your needs and expectations so that we can develop a package tailored specifically for you. We also discuss our various packages in detail, including services such as custom lighting and music technology, professional chauffeurs, luxury vehicles options and more. Once the package has been finalized, then comes the fun part – planning out every detail of your special event!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take customer service and safety very seriously at TNT Party Bus Services – we make sure that all of our staff have both the necessary education and training. Our drivers are all fully licensed and certified, with extensive knowledge of local roads and highways. We also provide ongoing training for our staff so they stay up to date on industry trends, laws, regulations, customer service best practices etc. In addition to this, every driver is required to complete a background check prior to being hired as well as drug testing during their employment period.
