I am a primarily self-trained chef of 35+ years who’s also studied in Paris, France, Barcelona, Spain and New York City to master the 7 distinctive taste sensations that flavors and bring balance to any cuisine. I am new to the Tampa area however I have been a restauranteur, teacher, caterer and I am currently a food manufacturer. My passion for creating live works of art and bringing unspeakable joy to those who indulge in my culinary delicacies is a feeling that one can only get when personalizing each journey. I enjoy creating that personalized journey with each of my clients and look forward to designing and executing delicious meals of the finest quality that are a feast for the eyes and make the tastebuds dance with delight.
