What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise the customer to ask if all of the ingredients and/or components make fresh or are some components pre-packaged. This can be a big deal for things like food or icing or caked that are prepackaged as they do not taste the same as scratch-made items.
