About

This is a Husband and Wife business for portrait sessions. We provide all other sorts of services for photography and film. We focus on capturing the moments that will bring you back to living that moment when looking back at them. Our purpose is to tell a story with just one frozen moment.

We enjoy capturing moments because we know its something we can make others happy with. We enjoy meeting others and learning about their story or love story if its a couple. We enjoy learning about their culture, history, and family. We also enjoy traveling and through photography we have been able to travel many local places we never even thought about visiting.

    Frequently asked questions

Phone conversation or zoom is preferred to hear and see the vision. This way we can also connect with one another without having to be going back and forth through messages.

I have 13+ years of experience shooting events, real estate, sports, portraits, and more.

Yes but only for certain photo shoots, some of our customer rates are based on what is needed.

I began when I first picked up a Nikon CoolPix Digital Camera. I took that camera everywhere, even though it being a 10 Megapixel camera I was able to capture moments and tell stories through those captured photos. I later purchased a Nikon D40 with my brother from our brother in law at $300. This camera was the real deal for me and made me feel like I was a professional. Although this camera was only a crop frame camera I still was able to get small jobs as non-paid with local artists, night clubs, and some school work. I connected with a professional photographer through school and he took me under his wing. I worked as an intern for one entire year at non paid, mainly just shooting weekends for him. Due to financial circumstances I then began to work a 9 to 5 and only did photography on the side as a hobby. During this time my brother loaned me some money to purchase my next professional full frame camera, a Nikon D610. I began to get more and more jobs but so I decided to begin to charge for the work I was capturing. I held on to my 9 to 5 career in management for 10 years but still work on almost every weekend taking photos and film. Throughout this time my side job in photography made enough for me to purchase equipment and build my company that I have today. I now have top of the line equipment that captures crystal sharp images.  I then had to choose and fully dedicated my skills and creative vision into photography and I let go of my management job. Practicing and practicing has made me better and better.

I have worked for families, professional atheletes, celebrities, major event planners, upcoming artist/actors, major ogranizations, and many more. Our webpage displays many of the work that I have done.

I recently got to work with a great friend of mine who owns his own film company that goes by Timberhouse Films. I got to work on a project and Gala Event for NBAF.

Make sure to research their work and reviews before jumping into business with that person. Even one bad review can tell you about the person, this is also an opportunity for them to explain the situation and you get an opinion on their response. I would also advise them to make sure the creative fits your description in the following, creativity, personality, meets your expectations in responding time, and organization. This can be told simply through conversations and emails, are they asking the right questions, are they responding back in a reasonable amount of time, are they giving enough information to you that makes you feel comfortable. At the end of the day it's your decision and me as the creative to move forward on taking the job or not, I tell my customers that for certain portrait sessions we need to connect with one another to be able to capture that moment or vision and both be satisfied with the results. I represent you as much as you represent me so we have to be able to be on the same page. Lastly, please allow the creative you are investing in to be creative in his craft, you having to be on top of them is not worth your time, energy, and investment. Have the expectations, conversations and what you are looking for as in creative style prior to hiring.

Do I connect with this creative?

Do I feel that the style and look fits my expectation?

Will this investment be something worth paying for?

How well will this creative deal under pressure?

How many weddings, events, or type of jobs (you are requesting) have they done?

Will this be the photographer at my requested session or event or will they send someone else?

Am I willing to pay more if I want mutiple angles captured at the same location or time.

How serious does the creative to this future hire position, are they intentional  by asking questions and wanting to know more about the project, love story, vision, etc.
