What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to hear what they are looking for and see if I can actually provide those services at a reasonable price. If not I will ask to see if they can work with what I can do and then work out a price
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of food service experience. 12 years of food truck service and planing for high volume fast pace events.

My prices are based on food cost, distance tracked, ease of food made, time, and how many employees I will need to provide the service requested.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in cooking because of a passion inspired by cooking with my grandmother as a child. I started in food trucks because a friend decided to start a food truck and asked me to help and it was very fun.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different types. I have done catering for a 3 day motorcycle rally feeding all there 40 staff members for every meal to doing music and food for a wedding, sno cones for a thank you to all the people that bought homes from a property management company and all kinds of events in between.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I really love doing found raiseing events.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be willing to work with what they can provide and know that food and employee cost are super high right now. So understand that can drive cost up.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a pretty good idea of what u are looking for and how far u are willing to compromise on what they can provide.
